Well the first night of the chat was a bit of fun. Got a group of 11 together that normally wouldnÆt have been and did some hunting. Had one nice fight and did some camping. So far I'd call it a success.

I'm also gladdened by the fact that Privateers is so interested in our little experiment. The sheer number of alts I have had to remove from the channel and the boasting here on how they have infiltrated a public channel brings a warm and fuzzy feeling to my heart.

Hmmm. the entire discussion about fake kill mails consisted of someone making a joke about it (because losses from Privateers weren't being posted on their board, only kills) and me saying not to. I never saw anything about log off's. But, keep trying; sooner or later you will come up something factual to discredit us with.

Honestly, I liked it better when you just said that panzershrek was a good corp and look forward to fighting against you guys, rather than continue it with trash talk.

Hmm...let's see Panzershrek about 4-8 active players at a given time...Privateers...oh a lot more. Needless to say, do we ever back down? When we are hopelessly outnumbered and outgunned it is WE that hunt you guys...privateers will have a very hard time making a similar claim. The only time I see them making a stand to us is when they have a deciding advantage in number and/or firepower.

I am not discrediting your alliance or you Le Skunk, but really cut the bull. And whatever the channel may be, it's at least free intel to people on the movement of gate camps. If you feel somehow that you are an amazing recon specialist since you penetrated this fortress of defense and are spying in our channel...is it even worth gloating about? The channel is doing what it was made to do, it's a public channel to share info and perhaps give a bigger united front. If you spread lies in it, it will soon be apparent and your words will be discredited in the channel.

It's like other people gloating that they have alts in privateers and have penetrated your alliance and spread lies and rumors about WT movements...same value, which is quite minimal.

i met my first privateer last night, le skunk jumped into us.
I must say he fought bravly thou overkilled, didnt log, didnt smack and was well fitted (as well as the recon pobe launcher permitted him) so my all around impression on the first contact was good.

Le Skunk, I'd actually like to personally thank you for your war dec to our alliance / corp. You've made it stupidly easy for our directors to know what carebears to kick out by the amount of crying they do about your alliance.

Furthermore the rest of you should start learning how to fly in empire properly. I've yet to be ganked by privateers, not because of a failure on their behalf but by using proper navigation tactics. I find their business model to not only be extremely successful, but genius in its own right.
